From Persán, a leading multinational and family company in Europe in the development, manufacturing, and marketing of home care and personal care products, with 85 years working for a cleaner world, we are looking for you to join our Team, as Finance Specialist Support the Finance Department through the preparation of periodic financial reports, variance analysis, and KPI monitoring.

Analyze financial performance and identify deviations against budgets, forecasts, and business objectives. Support financial audits by ensuring the accuracy,



consistency, and availability of required information. Participate in corporate integration projects, contributing to the harmonization of financial processes and reporting standards.

Collaborate in automation and process optimization initiatives aimed at improving efficiency and data quality. Provide analytical support to facilitate decision-making and continuous business improvement. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

High level of English (B2/C1). 4 to 5 years of experience within Audit, Transaction Services, or Financial Advisory. ~ Strong knowledge of financial reporting, financial analysis, and performance monitoring. ~ Advanced Excel skills. ~ Interest and motivation to participate in automation and digital transformation projects. ~ Experience with SAP will be considered a plus. ~ Professional development with Career Plans created based on your ambition and potential.
