Join our Global Admissions Hub in Barcelona to manage day-to-day operations for high school programs supporting German-speaking exchange students. You will handle every step of the admission process (including applications, visas, flights, placements) ensuring students and families feel confident about every step of the way. This role sits at the heart of what we do, crafting smooth journeys that let young people focus on personal growth, new friendships, and discovery abroad.

Handle operational steps like placements, flights, visas, and support with pre-departure orientations. Keep our CRM up to date with each student's progress and status.

Fluent

German and advanced English (other languages a plus). University degree preferred.
