Take full ownership of the local finance function, acting as a trusted key partner to the Managing Director and leadership team. Drive all controlling activities, including budgeting, forecasting, margin analysis, and performance steering across collections and channels.

Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights to support fast and strategic decision‐making. Manage and challenge the external accounting provider in Spain to ensure high‐quality and timely financial reporting. Act as the central link connecting local business, Group Finance, and the Shared Service Center in Germany.

Oversee local liquidity and cash management while building scalable processes, structures, and modern financial controls.



University degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field. ~5–7 years of finance experience, ideally within fashion, retail, or consumer goods. ~ Strong controlling background with deep knowledge of margins and inventory. ~ Experience with external accounting partners or shared services. ~ Fluent Spanish and English; German is a plus. ~ Highly entrepreneurial, hands‐on, and pragmatic, comfortable working independently and making data‐driven decisions close to the business.
