The Head of Industrial Supply Chain will be a pivotal leader within our organization, responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of the industrial supply chain related to the manufacturing of Leather Goods and Accessories.
This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership capabilities, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to foster strong cross-functional relationships. The successful candidate will drive efficiency, ensure timely delivery of materials and finish goods.
Job responsibilities
- Lead Procurement and Planning Team: Guide, mentor, and manage the procurement and planning teams, setting clear objectives, fostering professional growth, and ensuring optimal performance
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a key liaison, fostering strong teamwork and effective communication with various internal and external stakeholders, including Supply Chain, Development, Quality, Production, and Logistics, to ensure seamless operations and strategic alignment.
- Production plan with our network of vendors: Adjust and review workload in the different vendors, ensure reliable production plannings to meet the demand. Manage and cultivate strong relationships with general vendors.
- Ensure procurement of all raw material: Ensure that we receive raw material on time to begin the production in time. Coordination ofa network of supplier to improve service rate, leadtime
- Inventory Optimization: Implement and oversee inventory management strategies to minimize leftovers, optimize stock levels,
and ensure the continuous flow of materials without compromising production schedules.
- Process Improvement: Continuously analyse and improve supply chain processes, introducing innovative solutions and best practices to enhance efficiency, reduce Lead Time and adapt to evolving market demands in the luxury sector.
- Participation in S&OP; Dynamics & Capacity Strategy : Actively participate in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP;) meetings, contributing to the definition and ongoing monitoring of the global capacity strategy across the entire network of manufacturers, ensuring alignment with demand forecasts and business objectives.
- Ensure On-Time Production (OTP): Drive and monitor the timely and efficient delivery of materials and components required for new product deliveries and new collection launches, working closely with product development, and production teams to meet critical market introduction deadlines.
Profile
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant professional certification (e.g., APICS CSCP, CPIM) is highly desirable.
- Experience: 10 15 years of progressive experience in supply chain management, with a significant portion in a leadership role within the luxury goods, fashion, or a similarly complex, quality-driven manufacturing environment.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead, motivate,
and develop high performing teams in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex supply chain strategies and build consensus among diverse stakeholders.

- Decision-Making: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data driven decisions under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
- Analytical Skills: Demonstrated proficiency in supply chain analytics, forecasting, and the use of ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Anaplan) to drive operational excellence. Knowledge of Power BI or similar business intelligence tools is a strong plus.
