A high-growth AI infrastructure business is looking for a Head of Legal to lead its European legal function, based in Madrid.

This is a broad, hands-on leadership role with direct exposure to senior leadership and responsibility across M&A;, corporate, commercial and strategic matters.

Key responsibilities

Lead and build out the European legal function Own M&A;, acquisitions, investments and corporate transactions Lead complex commercial contracting, including MSAs, customer and vendor agreements Advise on corporate governance, structuring and international expansion Support financing and capital markets activity Partner directly with senior commercial,



finance and infrastructure teams Manage external counsel across European jurisdictions Build scalable legal processes as the European business continues to grow Adecuado profile: 10+ years' PQE Australian or UK qualified preferred Strong corporate/M&A; and commercial background Experience with complex, cross-border transactions Strong commercial contracting experience Comfortable operating xugodme independently and building a function Pragmatic, commercially minded and confident advising senior stakeholders Excellent English This is an opportunity to take full ownership of the European legal function within a rapidly scaling AI infrastructure business, with significant scope to shape the function and work closely with senior leadership.
