In this role you will support the design, validation, and integration of electronic test equipment and hardware for advanced satellite systems. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable testing and qualification of electronic products, contributing to scalable production and deployment. The position involves building test racks, assembling hardware, and driving test automation and documentation.

This is a hands-on role at the intersection of hardware design and verification, with a mission to enable global space-based broadband connectivity. You will partner with suppliers and internal engineers to optimize products and processes.

Compensaciones / Incentivos

- Design and develop electronic hardware for test equipment and testing systems
- Design, build, and integrate Acceptance and Qualification Racks (RACs) and test benches
- Create, update, and maintain technical documentation and design files
- Develop test procedures and support test automation activities
- Assemble, wire, and integrate electronic systems and test equipment
- Execute hardware validation, verification,



and functional testing activities
- Diagnose, analyze, and resolve issues during integration and testing phases
- Analyze test results and prepare technical reports
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to support industrialization and deployment of new solutions
- Act as technical liaison with PCB manufacturing and assembly suppliers
- Identify improvement opportunities and propose technical solutions to optimize products and processes

Responsabilidades

- 2+ years in electronic design, hardware validation, testing, or related roles
- Experience designing and developing PCBs xugodme (preferred)
- Experience with test rack, test bench, or similar test system development (preferred)
- Experience working with PCB manufacturing and assembly suppliers (preferred)
- Experience with test automation and programming for validation activities (preferred)
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Hands-on laboratory and engineering work capability
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Solid technical communication and documentation skills
