As an AI Tech Lead Associate, your day-to-day work will include: Support the coordination and prioritization of the integral portfolio of Data & AI initiatives. Work closely with Product, Technology, Finance and Business teams to ensure initiatives generate tangible outcomes. Promote best practices that support quality, scalability, compliance and responsible AI adoption.

Prepare executive reports that provide clear visibility to global and local sponsors. Facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing across teams involved in Data & AI projects. Coordinate and motivate teams in project contexts, supporting leadership to maintain focus,



collaboration and results.

We are in search of an AI Tech Lead Associate to join our team in Madrid, with the following qualifications and background: 5+ years of experience in data analytics, AI or transformation initiatives. (Proven experience leading teams or multidisciplinary projects. (Fluent English. (Fluent Spanish. (Portuguese language proficiency. (Knowledge of AI/ML technologies, Advanced Analytics and Data Platforms, including tools such as Databricks, Azure and Power BI. (Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and influence decision‐making. (Ability to lead teams and coordinate multidisciplinary project contexts. (Curiosity and eagerness to continue developing professionally in Data & AI.
