Design, implement, and support complex infrastructure solutions across on‐premises, private cloud, and Azure environments Design and operate enterprise‐grade backup, recovery, and data protection solutions, ensuring alignment with RPO/RTO requirements Lead planning, execution, and validation of backup, restore, and disaster recovery activities Senior Technical Leadership Act as senior technical escalation point for infrastructure and backup‐related incidents and changes Lead root cause analysis for major incidents and recovery failures Mentor junior engineers and support skills development across the team Provide confident, credible technical communication to senior customer stakeholders Ensure customer solutions are delivered to time, cost, quality,
