- Strong knowledge of statistical methods and machine learning techniques;
Experience inpresentation and knowledge sharing based on data findings
- Data analysis and interpretation: Interpret complex data sets and present findings in a clear, concise manner. Utilize statistical methods and machine learning techniques to perform predictive and prescriptive analyses
- Work closely with cross‐functional teams including Product,
designers and VIPs to understand business needs and provide data‐driven solutions
- Act as a liaison between the analytics team and other departments to ensure alignment on data initiatives.
Mentorship and training: Mentor junior data analysts and guide best practices in data analysis and reporting
- Conduct training sessions to enhance data literacy across the organization.
