Own billing accuracy: initiate, verify, and track every job through Restore and Luxor with zero gaps Audit job data to confirm accuracy, correct salesperson assignments, and flag non-converted jobs for timekeeping review Manage TPA intake end-to-end: receive referrals, verify documentation, meet compliance requirements, and track program KPIs Serve as the connector between clients, project managers, and leadership — high communication, high accountability Support workflow improvements in direct collaboration with the General Manager Experience in restoration, insurance claims, or a TPA-affiliated service environment Familiarity with Xactimate, XactAnalysis, Symbility, or similar restoration/TPA software Understanding of commercial service billing, documentation workflows,
