This role is great additional to finance team, helping on administrative tasks and supporting the team on ad-hoc activities. This role provides opportunity to join great team and develop further the skills and capabilities that can enable future growth within the company.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Your key responsibilities will include Accounts Payables process – posting invoices from suppliers, daily contact with suppliers and following any questions they might have together with handling automatized bank entries. Additionally, supporting the accounting department on operational tasks such as checking and entering expense reports, filing and archiving, monitoring customer payments and following up by phone or mail if necessary, Your support will be also instrumental in ad-hoc activities that will enable smooth finance operations Education and Experience Ideally, you have a two-year degree ( equivalent to Grado Superior )



in administrative business management You have 2+ years of experience in administrative roles and experience from international environment Knowledge, Skills and Abilities You are bringing 2+ years' experience from administrative positions You understand financial transactions, especially from the area of expenses and accounts payables You have customer-oriented mindset and drive for results You are not afraid to learn new skills and capabilities, e.G. systems and software's You are a team player who likes to contribute to good team spirit and demonstrate collaboration You are willing to grow in an international environment in which English is frequently used Travel Working Conditions Standard office environment with hybrid remote/on-site work based on company policy Frequent interaction with cross-functional teams and senior management Regular use of financial software, data visualization tools, and ERP systems Occasional extended hours during critical financial reporting periods (e.G., month/, quarter/, year-end) About Antech Antech is a leader in veterinary diagnostics, driven by our passion for innovation that delivers better animal health outcomes.
