In this role you drive end-to-end strategic sourcing across key suppliers in the EMEA region, translating category strategies into actionable plans that support business objectives. Responsabilidades
- Master's degree or equivalent experience in relevant fields
- 5+ years in Strategic Sourcing, Category Management, or Procurement in Life Sciences or related sectors
- Experience in multinational/matrixed international environments
- Proven xugodme end-to-end sourcing process management including supplier identification, negotiations, qualification, and performance management
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for data-driven decisions
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems like SAP or Oracle; project management knowledge advantageous
- Fluency in French and English; Spanish is a plus
