Comprehensive management of service/maintenance contracts, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating terms with suppliers, as well as technical and administrative follow-up. Coordination with other departments to ensure proper execution of maintenance tasks. Planning of preventive and corrective maintenance activities, prioritising according to criticality.

Development of root cause analysis (RCA) for undesired corrective actions and proposal of resulting measures. Monitoring the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance, ensuring traceability in SAP. Preparation and updating of preventive maintenance routines.

Administrative management: creation of purchase orders, payment tracking, and budget control. Technical support during audits, site visits, and improvement projects. Preparation, monitoring, and updating of value-adding KPIs for continuous process improvement. Ability to interpret hydraulic and electrical diagrams, as well as technical drawings of mechanical components and assemblies.

University

Degree in Industrial Engineering. High Level of English (at least C1) Management of maintenance contracts and dealings with suppliers. Advanced use of SAP and the Microsoft Office suite.
