At ASTEK Iberia , we are looking for a Billing Operations Specialist to join a leading company in the travel technology sector . This role plays a critical part in ensuring the accurate and timely execution of billing operations, supporting revenue protection, audit compliance, and continuous service improvement. The successful candidate will work closely with business and technical teams to manage billing processes, resolve operational incidents, and contribute to the optimization of billing solutions and workflows. Execute daily, monthly, and month-end billing activities. Monitor billing processes and investigate data inconsistencies, missing pricing information, and unusual transaction volumes.

Generate billing documents and support integrations with finance systems. Coordinate with technical teams to investigate and resolve complex billing-related problems. Support internal and external audit activities by providing billing evidence and documentation.

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or equivalent professional experience. Minimum 3 years of experience supporting enterprise applications, ERP platforms, or billing solutions. Strong knowledge of SAP SD/MM and SAP S/4HANA.

Experience with billing operations, revenue-related processes,



and business application support.

Fluent

English (C1 level or higher).

Oracle

Database and SQL knowledge.
