As Data Engineering Manager, you lead a team owning end-to-end data domains within a high-scale ingestion and transformation engine, unifying hospitality data into a semantic layer. You’ll guide architecture and pipelines, ensuring performance and reliability while embedding an AI-first culture. The role blends hands-on data engineering with people leadership to deliver real-world impact for hotels worldwide.

You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to shape data products and elevate the platform’s intelligence.

Responsabilidades

- Experience leading engineering teams with coaching and growth focus
- Strong hands-on background in data engineering, ETL/ELT, batch and streaming pipelines
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with ability to manage large architectural projects
- Interest or experience with AI, LLMs, agentic workflows, or AI-assisted coding tools
- Ability to optimize architectures, tooling, processes, and cross-functional collaboration
- Professional proficiency in Python for large-scale xugodme data processing
- Knowledge of data cloud tech, streaming systems (GCP Pub/Sub, Kafka), and cloud databases (BigQuery, Spanner, Snowflake, Databricks)
- Fluency in English with excellent communication and stakeholder management
