As a Technical Program Manager (TPM) within the Ops Engineering team at bsport, you will be responsible for two main areas: Internal Products: Oversee and drive the development of internal tools and platforms that address the needs of various departments — from Sales to Customer Success Management (CSM) — ensuring that our internal stakeholders have the best possible solutions to operate efficiently. Cross-Functional Projects: Lead and coordinate a portfolio of transversal projects owned by the Ops Engineering team, in close collaboration with other Product Engineering teams. You will be supported by a fully staffed engineering team of 6, including the Engineering Manager, who will partner with you to successfully deliver on these initiatives.

Own project delivery: Lead planning, scoping, and execution of cross-functional initiatives across engineering, CSM, sales, marketing. Own functional KPIs of the projects you will work on,



define success metrics, business impacts and follow-up on those in collaboration with non-engineering teams.

Process & coordination: participate to sprints, roadmaps, retrospectives to keep projects on track in a fast-paced startup environment. Optimize internal operations via a dedicated software engineering team.

Risk management: Quality & scalability: Champion best practices in technical project management, ensuring projects scale efficiently as the company grows. 2-4 years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, Program Manager, Product Manager, or similar role in a consultancy or software startup. ~ Affinity with UX, without it being your first area of work. ~ Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. ~ Experience in vertical SaaS or B2B SMB products. Exposure to AI/ML or data-driven product development.
