As Mechanical Leader you will guide and grow technically capable teams across sites to meet project needs. You will tackle complex mechanical and system-level challenges with significant business impact, driving high-quality product development from design to delivery. You’ll establish robust engineering processes and mentor engineers to deepen technical capabilities.

You will make data‑driven decisions while balancing resources, risks, and trade-offs, and align cross-functional stakeholders on technical direction. This role offers the opportunity to shape EPC projects for BOP emergency power facilities within a collaborative, innovative environment.

Responsabilidades

- Over 15 years of experience leading engineering teams in complex industrial projects
- Experience with process Pu0026IDs, ventilation, and BOP aftertreatment systems (genset related)
- Experience in design, specification, xugodme procurement, and follow-up of equipment with vendor documentation review
- Experience defining and supervising FAT/SAT tests and supporting commissioning
- Strong documentation and engineering process management with attention to standards and regulatory compliance
- Ability to work across tender and execution phases and review/validate deliverables
- Bachelor in Engineering or relevant STEM field
- Proven track record in technical problem solving and influencing outcomes
