You will deliver a professional service to internal and external customers, in a timely manner, by ensuring that service delivery,



quality control and all aspects of compliance are maintained to the highest levels. Run all aspects of customer and financial support across a number of IT platforms, internal departments and external partners merchants.

You will work 24/7 in shift bases on business needs. Proficient spoken and written English B2 Level of German is mandatory to be considered for this role (French is plus) Moderate-level Microsoft Excel. Ability to be flexible within a fast-growing integral company.
