Work with Release Train Engineers (RTEs) and other Agile Coaches to improve Agile execution.

Facilitate

Agile ceremonies and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Supports in coaching how events and workshops can be effective and goal oriented (timebox, clear agenda and goal) Support teams in PI Planning and Agile execution within an ART. Help implement Agile performance metrics to track team progress.

Contribute to Agile transformation efforts across the organization. 4 years as an Agile Coach. ~ Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (SAFe,



Scrum, Kanban..). ~ Experience working with Agile teams and coaching individuals. ~ Familiarity with Agile metrics, backlog management, and team facilitation. ~ Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, SAFe Tooling. ~ Excellent team collaboration and coaching skills. ~ Passion for Agile and helping teams deliver value efficiently. ~ Agile certification Fully remote work capability, with an option to work from our office when needed.
