As Team Leader Site Manager, you will oversee MU Site Managers across multiple sites to ensure safe, high-quality modernization and upgrade installations. You will drive cross-site coordination, enforce standards, and develop the team to deliver on project quality, timelines, and cost targets. This role offers global opportunities, development, and visibility within a leading provider of logistics automation.

You will partner with adjacent departments to continuously improve processes and outcomes.

Compensaciones / Incentivos

- Disciplinary and professional management of MU Site Managers
- Ensure and improve quality of assembly across sites
- Facilitate know-how transfer between construction sites
- Document assembly issues and feedback to quality/product teams
- Cross-project escalation, deployment, and capacity planning
- Cross-project assurance of quality, deadlines, and costs
- Cross-project reporting of work status
- Lead continuous improvement with adjacent departments




- Provide sales support to validate project estimations
- Own project WBS and manage cost with PM and site managers
- Coordinate with procurement on subcontractors and PO/GR releases
- Ensure site management coverage and compliance with standards
- Oversee safety and approval processes for project execution

Responsabilidades

- 3 years of managerial experience in machine/system assembly
- Experience with subcontractors
- Ability to manage an on-site team
- City u0026 Guilds qualification xugodme in mechanical or electrical discipline
- MS Excel and Word proficiency
- Effective communication skills at all levels
- Clean driving licence
- Ability to work at height and on weekends/nights when required
- MEWP/First Aid certificates desirable
- English at least B2; additional languages advantageous
- Native language of the country mandatory
