We are looking for an AI Enablement Manager to lead and accelerate the adoption of Artificial Intelligence across our global organization.Your MissionAs our AI Enablement Manager, you will own and drive our integral AI adoption program, helping employees leverage tools such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, and AI-powered business applications.You will be responsible for enabling users, fostering adoption, establishing governance frameworks, and ensuring that AI delivers tangible outcomes across the organization.What You'll Do✅ Lead the global AI adoption strategy and roadmap✅ Design and deliver training programs, workshops, AI literacy initiatives, and communication campaigns✅ Build and grow a network of AI Champions across functions and locations✅ Develop role-based use cases, prompt libraries, and best practice frameworks✅ Establish and maintain AI governance, usage guidelines, and approval processes✅ Partner with Legal, Compliance, Information Security, and Data Privacy teams to ensure responsible AI usage✅ Drive the identification, evaluation, and scaling of high-value AI use cases✅ Monitor adoption metrics, usage analytics, and business impact KPIs✅ Support business teams in piloting and implementing AI solutions✅ Promote a culture of innovation, experimentation,



and responsible AI adoptionWhat We're Looking For ExperienceSeveral years of experience in digital adoption, change management, IT enablement, learning programs, or Microsoft 365-related environmentsProven track record driving adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot, AI solutions, or digital workplace technologiesExperience working in international and cross-functional environmentTechnical KnowledgeStrong hands-on expertise with Microsoft 365 Copilot and the Microsoft ecosystem (Teams, SharePoint, Viva, Copilot Agents)Solid understanding of Generative AI technologies, including ChatGPT and other AI-powered toolsKnowledge of AI governance, data protection, responsible AI practices, and regulatory frameworks such as the EU AI ActAbility to analyze adoption data and translate insights into actionsWhat Makes You SuccessfulExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsStrong facilitation and community-building capabilitiesAbility to influence without direct authorityAnalytical, structured, and results-driven mindsetPassion for AI and emerging technologiesBalance between innovation and governanceWhy Join Us??
