Experteer Overview
In this role, you will help define and build the next generation of Factorial’s AI-native product. You’ll design reusable AI capabilities, ground AI outputs in trusted data, and shape human-in-the-loop workflows that automate real business processes. You’ll work closely with product, design, and customers to embed AI into core experiences, not as a bolt-on feature. This is a hands-on, end-to-end engineering role at a fast-growing SaaS company shaping AI-powered business management.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Build product using Spec Driven Development to guide implementation with clear success criteria
• Design and implement AI Skills to automate actions within workflows and integrations
• Develop and maintain evaluation frameworks (Evals) for AI outputs with automated and human-in-the-loop reviews
• Apply Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to ground AI responses in up-to-date company data
• Design human-in-the-loop and agentic workflows combining LLMs, rules, and user oversight
• Own systems end-to-end from problem definition to production monitoring
• Stay close to customers via calls,



reviews, and feedback sessions to address real pain points
• Collaborate with Product and Design to embed AI into core user experiences
• Share knowledge and raise the bar by mentoring peers and contributing to AI engineering best practices

• Proven impact through shipped projects or significant contributions
• Product-first mindset with the ability to design complete experiences
• Fast learning and adaptable, able to iterate quickly
• Strong fundamentals in software engineering, APIs, cloud, and system design (any language)
• Experience shipping real products to production
• Knowledge of AI concepts and practical implementation with LLMs and integrations (bonus)
