You will shape workforce planning across Platforms/Products u0026amp; Projects and build governance, frameworks, and insights. As an SME, you scale Planview usage and drive data-driven decisions with cross-functional teams. You will translate portfolio demand into workforce implications, manage governance forums, and deliver decision-ready insights. - Own and evolve workforce planning frameworks, methodologies, and standards in Du0026T
- Coordinate capacity reviews, demand consolidation, forecasting, and executive reporting for the Du0026T workforce
- Provide guidance, training, and coaching to enable adoption of planning practices and tools
- Translate portfolio demand into workforce implications and scenarios
- Identify cross-platform capacity and capability risks and support prioritization
- Enable workforce governance forums and ensure transparent allocation of resources




- Deliver consolidated insights on capacity, utilization, and gaps for decision making
- Drive KPIs, data models, and continuous improvement of workforce data management and quality
- Ensure alignment between workforce plans, budgets, and investment planning
- Act as SME to elevate resource management maturity across Du0026TResponsabilidades
- 8-10 years of experience in Workforce Planning, Resource Management, Portfolio Management, PMO, or Strategic Planning in large IT/Digital organizations
- Expertise in capacity planning, forecasting, and scenario modelling
- Experience with workforce planning tools and enterprise reporting platforms
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and influencing skills with senior stakeholders
