At INCYE , a leading company in temporary steel structures, we are looking for an Odoo Developer & Implementation Specialist to support the implementation and continuous development of our ERP system. In this role, you will contribute both to the technical development and to the analysis and optimization of our business processes. You will play a key role in the company's digital transformation, working closely with different departments to adapt Odoo to our business needs and ensure a successful implementation.

Analyze internal business processes and propose ERP-driven improvements. Manage users, access rights, and system configuration. Migrate data from legacy applications and databases. Identify system issues, propose solutions, and ensure the ERP operates efficiently.

Strong knowledge of Python and the Odoo framework. Solid knowledge of MySQL.



Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into effective ERP solutions.

Fluent

English. Spanish is a plus.

However, the successful candidate must be willing to travel and spend approximately three months per year in Spain, working alongside our teams during key stages of the implementation project.
