Experteer Overview As a Customer Success Manager at impact.Com, you will be the trusted advisor helping enterprise brand partners adopt and scale our platform, driving measurable ROI across partnerships. You will lead onboarding, hold strategic reviews, and collaborate with Sales, Product, and Solutions to ensure seamless execution and adoption. This role focuses on expanding impact in Southern Europe, building local best practices, and representing the brand across regional client networks. - Own client relationships and strategic onboarding for a portfolio of enterprise brands to achieve long-term platform adoption and business outcomes
- Deliver data-driven business reviews highlighting partner performance, ROI, and growth opportunities
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Solutions to drive feature adoption and client satisfaction




- Identify churn risks and commercial opportunities, supporting renewals and account expansion
- Provide market feedback to product and engineering to influence platform development
- Help establish and scale our presence in Spain with local best practices and regional representationResponsabilidades
- 3+ years in Customer Success, Strategic Account Management, or consultative client-facing roles in SaaS/digital marketing/affiliates
- Fluency in Spanish and professional proficiency in English
- Proven track record managing enterprise relationships and presenting data insights to executives
- Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with ability to navigate ambiguity and manage multiple priorities
