Descripción del trabajo Sateliot is a Barcelona-based satellite company with one goal: connect everything, everywhere. Founded in 2018, we've built the first satellite constellation that lets standard commercial devices communicate directly from space. Our technology bridges the gaps that terrestrial networks will never reach, bringing affordable and secure connectivity to industries, governments, and communities across the planet.

This is not a "coffee and filing" role. Everything ready before Day 1: IT tickets in Jira (equipment + corporate email), building access cards with Facilities/Securitas, welcome pack, buddy assigned, Day 1 agenda and Hiring Manager briefed. Run a memorable, calm and warm Day 1: reception, welcome pack, office tour, C-level intro, HR onboarding session, etc.

Prepare and deliver physical and digital welcome packs aligned with Sateliot's brand.

Background: student or graduate in Psychology, HR, Labor Relations or similar.

Languages: native Spanish (or equivalent) and B2+ English.
