We are hiring a Crypto Payment Operations Specialist to support payment workflows, transaction monitoring, settlement tracking, reporting, and process improvement across crypto and digital finance environments.

This is a full-time, paid remote role based in Spain focused on crypto payments, digital asset transactions, stablecoins, payment operations, fintech infrastructure, and blockchain-based settlement.

The Crypto Payment Operations

Specialist will monitor transaction activity, support payment reporting, maintain operational trackers, coordinate issue resolution, and prepare insights across crypto payments, stablecoins, digital wallets, payment initiation workflows, blockchain networks, and Web3 financial systems. This role is idóneo for someone with strong interest in crypto payments, fintech operations, stablecoins, digital assets, payment infrastructure, and financial technology. Support crypto payment operations, digital wallet transactions, stablecoin flows, payment initiation workflows, settlement monitoring, and blockchain-based financial activity • Monitor transaction status, payment delays, wallet activity, reconciliation items, operational exceptions, and payment processing issues • Maintain organized trackers for payments, wallets, transaction logs, reconciliation files, operational issues, settlement activity,



and workflow improvements • Track developments across crypto payments, stablecoins, blockchain networks, digital wallets, fintech platforms, PSD2-related payments, and Web3 financial infrastructure • Support compliance-aware operations by escalating unusual transaction patterns, documentation gaps, payment workflow issues, or transaction process concerns when needed • Identify opportunities to improve payment workflows, settlement tracking, operational efficiency, reporting accuracy, and transaction processing quality Strong interest in crypto payments, fintech operations, digital assets, stablecoins, digital wallets, payment infrastructure, and blockchain-based financial systems • Familiarity with payment workflows, crypto transactions, transaction monitoring, digital wallets, settlement processes, reconciliation, or fintech platforms • Understanding of settlement flows, wallet activity, payment reconciliation, operational risk, transaction lifecycle, PSD2-related payment environments, and digital finance concepts • Familiarity with blockchain explorers, crypto payment platforms, wallet tools, payment dashboards, reconciliation systems, spreadsheets, or operations tools is a plus • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment while managing multiple operational and reporting priorities • Previous experience in fintech operations, payment operations, crypto operations, banking operations, reconciliation, digital asset platforms, or payment infrastructure is helpful Remote work environment • Exposure to crypto payment operations, stablecoins, digital wallets, payment initiation, PSD2-related fintech infrastructure, and blockchain-based settlement • Opportunity to build experience across payment workflows, transaction monitoring, settlement tracking, operational reporting, and digital finance systems • Fintech-focused, operations-driven, software-enabled, and innovation-oriented environment • Opportunities for professional development and growth
