As a Customer Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them with their questions, requests, and issues while providing a high-quality customer experience.

General

Mills , a general food company behind some of the world's well-known food brands. Develop a good understanding of the products and services to provide accurate and helpful information. Deliver excellent customer support across different communication channels, including phone, email, and other digital channels.

Brand Ambassador:



Represent General Mills and its brands in a professional and positive way during every customer interaction. Greek and English . Spanish and/or Cypriot Greek knowledge ASAP Contract: Fixed-Term 3 months (1 Month of Probation and possibility of extension). Part-Time: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM. Hybrid - 6 days per month in the office.
