A European entity in the cultural and creative sector, focused on connecting, financing and transforming creative industries across Europe, is seeking to incorporate a professional into its human resources area. The position focuses on payroll management and HR administration within an international environment, ensuring regulatory compliance and operational efficiency. Payroll management and compliance Manage and coordinate monthly payroll processes in collaboration with external providers across different countries.
Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timeliness of payroll, taxes, and social security contributions. Ensure compliance with labour laws, tax regulations, and internal policies. HR administration Support the preparation and management of contracts, amendments and HR documentation.
Maintain and update employee data in HR systems, ensuring data quality and GDPR compliance.
Act as the main contact for employees regarding payroll, benefits and HR administrative matters. Support HR reporting activities, including headcount, payroll costs and HR KPIs.
Collaborate with Finance to ensure accurate payroll accounting and reconciliations. Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes, tools and policies. Support audits and ensure proper documentation and record-keeping.
Contract type: Permanent Full-time (40 hours per week) Degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE) or equivalent Experience in payroll management and social security systems Advanced digital skills Strong knowledge of payroll processes, taxation and social security Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data handling
