As a Physical Security Engineer at CO+I, you will help design, deploy, and sustain physical security infrastructure across Microsoft’s datacenters. You’ll ensure access control and video systems meet standards, support ongoing health and on-call needs, and drive program improvements at scale. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable safe, scalable datacenter operations and deliver secure capacity for Microsoft’s cloud services.

Compensaciones / Beneficios

- Program physical access control and video systems for new datacenters
- Provide inputs on security design standards for access control and video programming
- Participate in on-call rotation to support physical security systems




- Assess health data of security systems to identify gaps, trends, and compliance; execute scalable improvements
- Manage security systems lifecycle support and coordinate maintenance with internal/external providers
- Collaborate with partner engineering, PM, and design teams to improve security outcomes and reduce costs/complexity

Responsabilidades

- Valid driving license enabling site travel
