As Project

Manager , you'll sit at the center of it all: between our Partner Management teams, Commercial, Connectivity, and Operations. Be the project management hub across Partner Management, Commercial, Connectivity, and Operations — owning timelines, dependencies, and deliverables. Own the pipeline of distribution projects — prioritize by impact vs.

Track project KPIs (time-to-launch, coverage, partners live, revenue ramp) and report clearly to internal and external stakeholders. 3–5 years in project/program management, PMO, operations, or partner/account coordination — ideally in high-growth startups, marketplaces, travel/ticketing, or e-commerce.



~ Strong organization and stakeholder management: you keep multiple workstreams and teams aligned, influencing without formal authority. ~ Business- and partner-oriented: you grasp what a partner needs and turn it into an actionable plan. ~ Comfortable working across commercial, technical, and operational teams — and translating between them. ~ Process-driven, data‐comfortable (KPIs to prioritize and track work). ~ Excellent communication in English and Spanish; Nice to have: familiarity with distribution/trade partners/marketplace models, hands‐on with PM tools (Asana, Jira, Monday, Notion), and experience coordinating technical integrations.
