The PMO Lead is responsible for driving governance, coordination, reporting, financial oversight, and stakeholder engagement across a global ERP transformation program. The role ensures alignment across multiple project workstreams, adherence to program standards, effective risk management, and successful delivery of key program objectives within scope, budget, and timeline.

Lead PMO activities across the ERP transformation program, ensuring alignment between projects and workstreams. Coordinate program governance, including Steering Committee meetings, decision boards, quality gates, and status reporting. Support integrated cutover planning and execution across all project streams.

Ensure compliance with project management standards, methodologies, and documentation quality requirements.



Minimum 3 years in a PMO leadership role within a large-scale international ERP transformation program.

Experience with at least one full-cycle SAP ERP implementation as a PMO lead; SAP S/4HANA Public or Private Cloud experience preferred. Strong knowledge of program governance, financial management, risk management, and executive reporting. Proficiency in SAP Activate methodology.

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills. Fluent business English (written and spoken).
