Your Mission as a Power Electronics System EngineerYou will become a vital part of our traction team, where technology meets purpose. In this role, you will drive the creation and calculation of high-performance power converters, directly influencing the efficiency and innovation of our state-of-the-art railway systems.Ensure optimal performance by performing dynamic electrical calculations and simulations.Collaborate with partners, managing technical interfaces with suppliers to guarantee quality components.Optimize and innovate, solving technical issues while considering thermal performance and EMI compliance.Support the lifecycle,



providing technical expertise from the initial concept through to implementation and testing.What Will Make Your Application Stand OutA background in Electrical or Electronics Engineering (or similar) with a strong passion for power electronics.Experience in the design, development, and testing of power converters, including inverters, choppers, and rectifiers.Familiarity with simulation tools such as MATLAB/Simulink and a curiosity for emerging technologies.Fluency in English to communicate effectively with our global network.Enjoy a hybrid work model that balances the energy of in-person collaboration with the focus of remote work.We welcome the opportunity to discuss flexibility requirements with our applicants to encourage agile working and innovation.
