OneTwenty Group is an iGaming and e-commerce affiliate and digital sports media company, founded in 2016 in Ireland. With 100M+ annual fan interactions across our sports media properties, our portfolio of high-authority brands includes Squawka, GG.co.uk and horseracing.net.

We are looking for a performance-driven Google PPC & Bing Media Buyer to own and scale paid search for sweepstake casino products.

Start date: November 15th 2026

- Create and configure Google Ads and Microsoft/Bing Ads accounts from scratch for the Sweepstake Casino product.
- Navigate the account approval process using our legal documentation, ensuring full compliance with platform policies for sweepstake/social casino advertising.
- Own the full tracking implementation — Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, Bing UET — covering bottom-funnel events (registration, first coin purchase, FTDP equivalent).
- Configure ROAS and LTV-based bidding frameworks and ensure accurate attribution across the funnel.
- Scale campaigns sustainably from launch to $5,000+ in daily spend without sacrificing efficiency. Optimise campaigns toward highest LTV cohorts and best-converting user segments,



integrating signals from Google Analytics and our internal brand reporting data.

Mandatory requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience in the betting/gambling/social casino or similar vertical space.
- Track record of managing spend of minimum $5,000 daily in Google Ads/ Bing Ads
- English B2 level or above.

Advantage:
- Google UAC experience.
- Experience running Google PPC Ads for sweepstake casinos
