We are looking for an energetic freelance sourcer/recruiter to work alongside the Blu team on a high-visibility project for one of our key clients: an ambitious, rapidly expanding B2B SaaS innovator establishing a flagship hub in Barcelona.

As a freelance recruitment partner, you will take ownership of theDutch-speaking market track. Your core focus will be finding, engaging, and pipelining high-performing commercial sales and tech professionals to support our client's European expansion.

Key Responsibilities

Dutch Market Mapping & Pipeline Creation:

Map out the Dutch-speaking talent market to identify and engage passive SDR and AE talent, as well as relevant tech professionals,



building an active pipeline.

Targeted Outreach & Screening:

Represent Blu and the client brand when approaching candidates about the Barcelona opportunity. Conduct engaging preliminary screens evaluating commercial track record, quota achievement, technical alignment, motivation, and cultural fit.

Stakeholder Alignment & Pipeline Velocity:

Work closely with Blu's lead recruiters to deliver curated candidate shortlists and maintain strong candidate engagement throughout the recruitment funnel.

Team Syncs & Market Insights:

Participate in regular project syncs with Blu, sharing Dutch market insights, candidate feedback, compensation benchmarks, and sourcing strategies to optimize overall project velocity.
