Job Title: AI (pre)Sales Engineer Salary: €100-120k + up to 35% bonus (~20% standard, rest based on performance) Equity: up to ~€80k Location: Madrid (preferred) or Barcelona (1-2 office days) Company : autonomous AI agents for enterprise clients Team : ~30 Funding : ~$25m (Series A) About the company This rapidly scaling start-up is building an AI-native platform that lets enterprise clients run high-volume operations through autonomous, conversational agents — voice, chat and messaging, deployed across dozens of countries in over 60 languages, for some of the largest employers in the world. The company's core technical challenge is multi-agent orchestration that stays rock-solid at scale — reliable, secure and observable whether it's deployed for a healthcare provider in the US or a retailer in Latin America. You'll be the technical face of enterprise sales cycles — owning everything from first technical discovery through to close, and giving prospects real confidence in the architecture, security and compliance posture behind the product.

You'll also own RFPs, RFIs and security/compliance questionnaires end-to-end — pulling in Legal,



Security and Engineering where needed — and act as the voice of the customer back into Product and the roadmap. Professional fluency in English and Spanish Track record leading technical sales cycles end-to-end in an enterprise / B2 B Saa S environment Credibility speaking to technology architecture, data security and AI-specific risk and governance Working knowledge of compliance frameworks (GDPR, SOC 2) and experience owning security questionnaires and RFPs Experience designing and configuring tailored product demos — not just running canned scripts Comfortable planning and facilitating client-facing workshops, discovery sessions and POC engagements Strong requirements-gathering instincts — able to turn messy client input into a structured, scoped brief Startup pace and mentality - high energy, ownership, proactiveness, hunger to innovate and succeed, comfortable operating with ambiguity Bonus points for: Additional fluency in French, Portuguese or Italian Pre-sales experience specifically on agentic AI / LLM-based products, not just traditional Saa S Some exposure to delivery or customer success, beyond pure pre-sales
