In this role you will build and maintain high-scale developer tooling and backend services to boost engineering velocity and reliability. You will work in a cloud-native, 100% ephemeral infrastructure environment, shaping the observability platform used by large tech customers. You’ll define platform standards and mentor teams, driving scalable, efficient infrastructure across the SDLC.
This position offers impact across a general team and exposure to cutting-edge cloud-native tech, AI-assisted development, and strategic platform work.

- Architect and build high-scale developer tooling and backend services across a distributed cloud environment
- Implement infrastructure as code (Terraform) to create reproducible environments
- Identify and eliminate bottlenecks in the SDLC through architectural changes and tooling
- Scale and ensure reliability under heavy traffic while optimizing cost and telemetry latency
- Provide strategic leadership and mentorship to establish platform standards and reference architectures across 1–3 years
Responsabilidades
- 8+ years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in at least one backend language (Go, Java, Python, or Rust)
- Cloud-native experience with AWS or GCP; Kubernetes familiarity
- Deep Linux knowledge (OS, compute, process management)
- Understanding xugodme of networking, security, service meshes, load balancing, and zero-trust architectures
- Experience with distributed systems, CAP theorem, and tracing
- Track record of reliable delivery and effective sprint planning
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Continuous learning mindset and openness to feedback
- Interest or experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude)
