Job Summary The Product Manager must leverage scientific and practical cytogenetics expertise to ensure the achievement of the objectives set for the Business Unit. It is fundamental to collaborate with cross-functional teams to position solutions, expand the market share of our cytogenetics solutions, shape strategy, navigate regulatory landscapes, and drive product success.

Key Accountabilities Install Metasystems' instruments and perform user training Participate in the preparation of the tenders, writing the technical part. Hold regular follow-up meetings and attend Distributor's trainings Stay updated on the market needs and the competitor's analysis. Provide the commercial network with the necessary arguments to counter objections from competitors and customers based on the value-selling method adequately Prepare the necessary marketing material: brochures, catalogs, and presentations. Prepare product information necessary for each case, such as product registrations, technical data sheets, safety files, inserts, and anything else mandatory Prepare and participate in Workshops, Congresses, Scientific Sessions, and other events. Encourage the evaluation of products to generate scientific articles Keep Teams database updated,



as well as the Company's website Work with Logistics to manage all types of product incidents: back orders, stock dimension, purchase equipment forecast, among others Maintain a fluid relationship with the different KOLs and support the commercial network in the visits that require it Train the different members of the commercial network (Area Managers, Key Account Managers, and Sales Application Specialists). Experience required for the position: A University Degree in Biology / Chemistry / Biotechnology is desirable Focus on Molecular Biology and Cytogenetics Experience: With a background in molecular biology and using cytogenetics instruments, preferably Metasystems on a recurrent basis Additional Skills/Knowledge: Language: -Spanish fluent -Portuguese desirable He/She shows enthusiasm and passion for the products of its Business Line, spreading to the commercial network the desire to know better the products and solutions that we offer. Great knowledge of the market and competition shares this information with the commercial network to enhance communication between the different partners that the Company has with the Customer.
