Experteer Overview
In this role you drive Lean Transformation across the blade manufacturing global team, embedding Lean in daily operations and coordinating cross-functional improvement. You lead Kaizen events, root-cause analysis, and capability building to lift productivity, quality, and flow. You partner with leadership to align initiatives with business goals and sustain a culture of continuous improvement. This is a change-agent position with meaningful impact on operations and transformation.

• Implement and sustain the Production System across daily operations
• Coordinate cross-functional continuous improvement programs and Kaizen events
• Drive structured problem solving and root-cause analysis to deliver measurable gains

• Manage transformation initiatives involving multiple stakeholders

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor in Engineering or related field; Master is a plus
• Lean Six Sigma certification
• Proven experience in lean manufacturing, preferably in blade manufacturing or related industry
• Strong knowledge of lean tools, value stream mapping, and root cause analysis
• Experience leading Kaizens (operational u0026 transactional) and continuous improvement workshops
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Project management experience and ability to manage multiple projects
• C1 Spoken and Written English
