This newly created role keeps Flywire’s global benefits and leave programs running smoothly across 15+ countries. Working closely with People, Payroll, Finance, and Legal teams, you will optimize processes, manage vendor relationships, serve as a main escalation point for employees, and support our Total Rewards and Recognition strategy.
Process Improvement & Compliance: Perform benefit audits, reconciliations, and system testing. Recognition Strategy: Support the rollout and ongoing administration of Flywire’s global recognition program.
Experience: 2–4 years in benefits administration, HR operations, or Total Rewards.
Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (audits & reporting). Strong organizational skills, process documentation capability, and fluency in English. Competitive time off, including Digital Disconnect and FlyBetter Days to volunteer in a cause you believe in.
