Goals and deliverables
Main Responsibilities & Key Activities
- Manage project delivery on end user protection products (antivirus, antimalware, DLP) across our entities
- Handle demand coming from more than 100 entities
- Build and present proposals to entities for the adoption of new features
- Manage contract signature with entities
- Implement the product within each entity together with the Product Owner
- Run Project committee, Steering committee, sponsor committee and market reporting
- Produce and maintain gating process documentation: processes, TOM and RACI
- Define and monitor budget and KPIs
- Produce all deliverables in English: project decks, templates and processes, user guides, project planning, project status reports, risk/issue/action/decision logs, meeting minutes

Mandatory Experience
- Project management on IT and security products
- IT and security experience on data leakage protection
- Microsoft DLP
- Budget and cost management
- Building clear decks and presentations
- Interfacing with multiple teams across different countries
- Working in an English-speaking environment and English context
