Experteer Overview
As a People Operations Specialist at Factorial, you’ll be a central resource for employees and managers across integral units. You’ll own HR processes, ensure compliant labor practices, and coordinate the Equality Plan, shaping a scalable People operation. You’ll work closely with the People team and external advisors to continuously improve onboarding, offboarding, and HRIS usage. This role offers ownership from day one and a chance to influence how we support growth and people development.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Be the go-to contact for employees and managers on contracts, payroll, benefits, and policies
• Own the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding and contract changes
• Optimize HRIS usage: data, workflows, troubleshooting
• Maintain compliance with labor law, SPA coordination, and audits with external advisors
• Coordinate PRL and the Equality Plan; maintain indicators and policies
• Turn day-to-day data into process improvements (headcount, turnover, absenteeism)




• Collaborate with People Ops teams across Business Units and external partners

Responsabilidades
• Expert-level Spanish and strong English
• 3–4 years in People Ops or a similar generalist role
• Solid understanding of Health u0026 Safety (PRL) and Spanish labor law
• Comfortable with HRIS systems (Factorial, Personio, BambooHR or similar)
• Strong communication skills; able to explain complex topics simply
• Rigor, discretion, and handling sensitive information
• Ability to manage multiple processes and coordinate with providers
• Ownership mindset in ambiguous situations and willingness to improve existing processes
