Join Precision for Medicine as a Clinical Project Manager/Senior CPM to lead end‑to‑end global oncology trials in a CRO environment. You will drive project delivery, manage cross‑functional teams, and maintain client relationships, budgets, and timelines from proposal through study completion. You’ll ensure quality and coordination across data management, safety, clinical, and biostatistics, partnering with sponsors and internal teams to deliver impactful cancer trials. This is a high‑energy, collaborative role with a clear impact on patients and science.

• Lead and independently manage clinical projects within budget and scope
• Serve as primary client contact and participate in proposals and client presentations
• Coordinate with project team and senior management across Precision and sponsors
• Oversee all trial aspects across functional areas (data management, safety, clinical, biostatistics)
• Prepare and review protocols, study documents, budgets, and site contracts




• Provide regular status updates and define delivery metrics and escalations
• Contribute to efficient trial execution as an active project team member

Responsabilidades
• Degree or life science qualification (or equivalent experience)
• Previous full-service/general PM experience in CROs
• Experience in oncology trials
• GCP/ICH knowledge and clinical development process understanding
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
• Fluent English, strong presentation skills
• Proven computer and software skills (MS Office, MS Project, PowerPoint) and experience with CTMS, eTMF, EDC, IXRS
• Proven ability to build positive internal and external relationships
• Clinical terminology and trial activities understanding
