URGENT OPPORTUNITY OT Project Manager

One of our clients in the pharmaceutical sector is currently looking for OT Project Manager to join the team.

Position Title: OT Project Manager

Location: Madrid, Spain – 3 days Onsite

Duration: 12 months contract

Language: Spanish + English

We are looking for an OT Digital Project Engineer to support digital and automation projects within a regulated/GxP manufacturing environment. The role will coordinate Windows 11 upgrades, AGV/AMR implementation, and Siemens Industrial Edge/shopfloor data projects.

Requirements

- Experience in OT, automation or digital manufacturing projects within a regulated/GxP environment.
- Knowledge of Siemens automation, PLC, OPC UA, S7 and industrial networks.
- Practical experience with Windows systems,



patching, hardening, Active Directory and backups.
- Experience with FAT/SAT, commissioning, qualification/validation.
- Experience coordinating vendors and multidisciplinary technical teams.
- AGV/AMR, Siemens Industrial Edge, MQTT or OT cybersecurity experience is highly desirable.
- Strong project coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.
