We are Applus+ Laboratories, the division of the Applus+ Group that provides testing engineering, certification, and product development services.In the Electrical and Electronics Business Unit, we test different products throughout their life cycle, for different sectors: industrial, automotive, aeronautical, aerospace, railway, and defense.We are currently recruiting for an Account Executive for Industrial Safety in Europe. This position will report to our E&E; Sales Director Europe.This position is responsible for driving profitable sales growth across assigned customers and territories by promoting testing, inspection, certification, and compliance services for industrial products and equipment. The role focuses on managing and expanding existing accounts while progressively developing new business within the assigned territory, identifying cross-selling opportunities, and building strong relationships with manufacturers, engineering companies, and other relevant stakeholders. Key areas include ATEX and IECEx certification, hazardous-location equipment,



electrical and machinery safety, industrial automation and control equipment, on-site field evaluations, CE-marking support, and integral market access service. The AE is accountable for achieving sales targets, maintaining a high-quality CRM pipeline, producing reliable forecasts, and executing the agreed Industrial Safety and Connectivity sales plan.Main Responsibilities:Manage the complete sales cycle for assigned accounts: qualification, proposal preparation for standard cases or coordination with Technical Representatives for proposals requiring technical scoping, negotiation, and closeEnsure contract renewal management for accounts under their responsibilityRespond to commercial requests received through the various entry channels, within defined service-level timeframesQualify new opportunities using structured commercial methodologyRecord and maintain accurate, up-to-date commercial activity in the CRM syste
