The Opportunity
We are currently looking for a PROJECT MANAGER - DATA CENTERS to join our team and play a key role in delivering complex and high-impact building projects.
Location: MADRID O BARCELONA
Job Responsibilities – What you will build:
In this role, you will contribute directly to shaping our future and creating tangible impact.
You will:
- Plan, coordinate, and manage multidisciplinary Data Center projects, ensuring effective coordination across architecture, civil works, electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and security disciplines.
- Ensure the successful delivery of projects, meeting schedule, budget, and required quality standards throughout all project phases,
from design and permitting through construction and commissioning.
- Effectively coordinate project resources, ensuring that the appropriate skills, expertise, and profiles are allocated to each phase of the project.
- Oversee the technical quality of project deliverables, ensuring compliance with applicable international standards and best practices for Data Centers, including Uptime Institute and TIA-942.
- Manage relationships with clients and key stakeholders, including operators, contractors, and other project parties, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify and support business development opportunities within the Data Center sector, providing technical expertise in the preparation of proposals and in client interactions and meetings.
- Oversee project risks, identifying appropriate mitigation measures and proactively managing changes that may arise throughout the project lifecycle.

You will likely succeed in this role if you bring:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in similar project management roles, with proven experience delivering Data Center projects.
- Strong leadership skills, with proven experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing project schedules and deadlines, and controlling project budgets.
- Advanced level of English is mandatory.
- Data Center methodologies and standards: Knowledge of Data Center-specific methodologies and standards, such as Uptime Institute Tier Standards and TIA-942,
will be considered an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues, assess alternatives, and drive effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and effectively engage with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Willingness and availability to travel nationally and internationally, primarily across Spain and Latin America.
