Задачи:
- Create high-quality visual assets for global corporate and employer branding;
- Own creative projects from initial brief and concept through final delivery;
- Develop visual concepts, mood boards and design systems for communication campaigns;
- Design and adapt assets for social media, digital, print, presentations, events, merchandise and environmental graphics;
- Apply typography, composition, layout, illustration and retouching skills;
- Collaborate with Global Communications, Social Media, Marketing, HR and international studio teams;
- Translate briefs and communication objectives into clear visual solutions;
- Manage multiple projects and stakeholders while maintaining quality and deadlines;
- Apply and help evolve general brand guidelines,

- Bring fresh ideas and explore creative tools, trends and AI-assisted workflows;
- Improve visual standards, templates, workflows and design systems across the company.

Требования:
- Strong graphic design and visual communication skills with excellent typography, composition and layout fundamentals;
- Professional experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign;
- Ability to independently manage the creative process from concept to final delivery;
- Ability to translate creative briefs into effective visual solutions;
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines;
- Fluency in English with strong communication skills in an international environment;
- An online portfolio showcasing relevant graphic design work;
- Creative, curious and detail-oriented;
- Comfortable presenting ideas, receiving feedback and collaborating with stakeholders;
