Responsibilities * Manage the full sales cycle from initial prospecting through to closing new business * Build and develop your own portfolio of clients across the UK and Irish markets * Carry out high-volume outbound prospecting through cold calling and other outreach methods * Make approximately 80–100 outbound calls each day * Qualify prospective customers and identify business opportunities * Deliver engaging online product demonstrations * Guide prospective customers through free trial periods * Negotiate commercial agreements and close subscription sales * Ensure a smooth handover of new customers to the Customer Experience team following a successful sale * Maintain accurate CRM records and effectively manage your sales pipeline * Achieve and exceed KPIs related to: Outbound activity, Calls completed, Product demonstrations, Trial-to-paid conversions, Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) Requirements * Native-level English (British or Irish)



* Excellent verbal and written communication skills * 1–6 years of experience in a sales role, such as: Account Executive, Business Development Representative (BDR), Sales Development Representative (SDR), Telesales Executive, Outbound Sales, Contact Centre Sales * Previous cold-calling experience is essential * Comfortable making 80–100 outbound calls per day * A proven ability to close sales and consistently meet or exceed targets * Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills * Results-driven with a KPI-focused mindset * Experience managing the full sales cycle is highly desirable * Must already be legally residing in Spain * Flexibility to work hours that align with the US time zone when required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
