In this role you will drive data transformation within Sulzer's Services division by turning data into actionable insights. You will partner with Sales, Operations, Finance and Supply Chain to enable data-driven decisions. You will design and maintain BI dashboards, govern data sources, and promote data literacy. You will lead analytics projects, automate reporting, and support region-wide decision making. This is an opportunity to influence strategy through data at a integral engineering company.

- Develop, enhance, and maintain BI dashboards with usability and high-quality UX
- Manage analytics and dashboard projects from scope to delivery and continuous improvement
- Map data sources, structures, and flows across CRM, ERP, and cloud platforms
- Ensure dashboards are intuitive and accessible with minimal training
- Document dashboards, data models, and processes
- Participate in ERP/CRM/BI governance and serve as regional reference for users
- Identify and address data quality issues with stakeholders
- Analyze trends across regions, product lines, and business areas for actionable insights




- Support ad hoc analyses and deep-dive investigations
- Collaborate with regional management to understand priorities and aid decisions
- Train regional users to adopt BI tools and dashboards
- Provide data-driven narratives and recommendations to leadership
- Identify opportunities to automate and improve reporting using emerging technologies

Responsabilidades

- 3 to 6 years in data analytics, BI, or related role
- Proven experience building dashboards that support real business decisions
- Advanced Excel and Power Pivot with complex data models and analysis techniques
- Hands-on experience with major BI platforms (Qlik Sense, Power xugodme BI, Tableau, or similar)
- Strong understanding of data structures, data modelling, and multiple data sources
- Experience partnering with Sales, Operations, Finance, or Supply Chain
- Experience collaborating with both business and IT teams
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Excellent written and spoken English
