As Senior Sales

Representative, you will manage sales operations and territory development for the ruminant and swine businesses across Castilla y León and the Cantabrian Coast. In this role, you will build value-added partnerships with veterinarians, producers, integrators and distributors, using your technical knowledge of animal health and nutrition to deliver customer value and achieve sales and market share growth. Achieve sales objectives and drive demand generation across the assigned territory by developing and executing customer plans for targeted accounts.





Build consultative relationships with key decision-makers in the ruminant and swine sectors and provide tailored technical and commercial solutions. Deliver product presentations, technical seminars and value-added projects that support customer efficiency and profitability. Coordinate commercial and technical initiatives with Marketing, Technical Services and external partners to support an integrated market approach.

Bachelor's Degree in Veterinary Medicine, Agronomy, Animal Science or a related life science field. ~3-5 years of experience in the animal health or agriculture industry, including field-based sales or technical experience with ruminants and/or swine. ~ Fluency in Spanish and professional working proficiency in English, both written and verbal. ~ Strong technical knowledge of animal health and production, with the ability to apply scientific information in a commercial context. ~ Willingness to travel approximately 75% of the time within the assigned territory, including overnight stays, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Experience using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, such as Salesforce. Recognised leadership within the animal health or agriculture industry.
